Job General Accountabilities:

  • Ensures that clients know how to use the products and services and provides assistance as necessary.
  • Develops plans and implements strategies for all assigned accounts.
  • Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships.
  • Answers customer inquiries
  • Provides customers’ information about products or services, takes or enters orders, cancels accounts, or obtains details of complaints.
  • Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.
  • Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area.
  • Processes applications, releases, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices and other related paperwork.
  • Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Conducts reviews on accounts on a regular basis to evaluate clients’ needs to match with appropriate products and/or services.
  • Conducts regular reviews of promotional activities to enhance and identify development potential.
  • Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks.
  • Maintains clean and orderly reception area.
