This is an extremely unique job where you will be immersed in one of the most fulfilling roles: The Indoor Skydiving Instructor. At some point in our lives, we contemplate the possibility of human flight. Is it just for birds? Planes? Superheroes?

Nope! This job is for anyone who seeks adrenaline, loves working with like-minded indivuduals, wants a physcially challenging (in a good way) job, and wants to share the passion of human body flight with all walks of life. Our job is to teach the most unnatural thing to humans… flying!

*no prior flying experience required!!

Job General Accountabilities:

• Promote and adhere to our Safety Standards.
• Teach introductory classes to “first-time” customers.
• Add to the positive, customer-focused culture.
• Track progression and maintain instructor currency.
• Properly fit and inspect customer flight equipment.
• Operate the wind tunnel from the “driver” position.
• Instruct/coach return customers on appropriately signed off flight skills.
• Participate in routine wind tunnel maintenance.
• Educate customers on basic industry wide knowledge.
• Effectively communication with other staff members to optimize the overall customer experience.
• Ensures that clients know how to use the products and services and provides assistance as necessary.
• Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships.
• Answers customer inquiries
• Provides customers’ information about products or services, takes or enters orders, cancels accounts, or obtains details of complaints.
• Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks.
• Maintains clean and orderly common areas.
